Technical Training Consultants, Inc. (TTC) has built its’ reputation on repeat clients. Since 1988 TTC has been conducting training programs for the real estate industry. Most courses are approved for the State of Illinois Continuing Education credit toward license renewal for leasing agents, real estate brokers, and managing brokers. CE courses are conducted in conjunction with the Illinois Realtors and are approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
In addition TTC conducts the two-day pre-license courses for Residential Leasing Agents. This is for a limited scope license to lease residential property only in the State of Illinois.
TTC offers Continuing Education courses (both home study and classroom) for Residential Leasing Agents, Brokers and Managing Brokers.
TTC also provides the required Illinois Broker Managment course (12 hours) for managing brokers.
