UPDATES
The renewal period for Residential Leasing Agents (RLA) requires a mandatory 8 hour Core CE course which includes one hour Sexual Harassment Prevention training. Courses will be offered as Webinars and classroom CE. Online courses also available.
Brokers and Managing brokers will now have a 6-hour Core CE class (New in 2025) instead of the 4-hour Core course. The balance of their CE can be accomplished through Elective courses. New Electives coming soon in time for renewal.
