Fair Housing Course
Fair Housing - (2 or 3 Hour Session for Licensed or Un-licensed)
An introductory course for individuals who interact with the public. While most companies provide training for their licensees, too often this group of staff is overlooked, which could lead to potential violations in fair housing practices. Course includes the Federal fair housing laws which staff may have heard of, but may not be practicing. This interactive session helps identify discrimination in not only “words”, but “actions”. This can be tailor-made to include some specific areas where your company has concerns about what is being said and done at your properties.
